This tab allows you to make a new reservation of a seat in the classroom for the lessons selected in the “Manage your profile”.

The reservation of a seat in the classroom per lesson can only be made for lessons planned from today to %s calendar days; lessons that take place completely remotely will not be displayed in the list of bookable lessons.

The checks made by the system when booking a seat in the classroom per lesson are shown below.

Physical counts of the building and classrooms:

Check on the maximum number of bookings in the building.
Check on the maximum number of bookings in the classroom.

Personal counts of the student:

Check on the number of hours booked for lessons of all the lessons of your profile over a week (Monday to Saturday).
Check on the number of hours booked for lessons of a teaching of your profile over the whole teaching period.
Check on the number of hours booked for lessons of a teaching of your profile over the last 7 or 14 calendar days.

Remember, in case of multi-lesson courses, that you will have to select each individual lesson that you want to attend in the next 2 weeks.
